Hi Lukasz.
1. That’s outdated tutorial. Now it works in more convenient way. Go to Creative Elements and create a layout for your menu, then go to menu item and select that layout
2. We have replaced old icons system to new one to give more performance to the theme.
Open that widget, find the icon and replace old link #si-support with the new one /themes/alysum/assets/img/lib.svg#support. The same for other links
Alternative option is to restore old icons library adding the following line into the file /themes/alysum/templates/layouts/layout-both-columns.tpl

that means there is no way to add an anchor there
But you can create custom link and assign any link you need

2. To customise Product Miniature, Go to Creative Elements → Saved Templates and create a new template to build a miniature. Then Go to Theme Settings → Product Miniature, and select your template from the list
3. You can use Translation Catalog http://alysum.promokit.eu/promokit/documentation/translations/ to find where is a wording you want to translate
You can edit those pages only in the theme’s source code.
But question is why when i am using Polish site User account is in English ? i need to edit and link proper things in those sections like checkout and others in sell process hot to do it.

Ok, I see, you just need to translate the page, not yo Edit it :)
Just go to your back office → Translations → Alysum theme, and use search there to find a wording you want to change

1. Filter is a native prestashop module. Please make sure you have it configured properly in the Faceted Search module configuration page.

I think you can configure particular products to display or not, but that’s not about theme configuration.
I can’t say where exactly configuration that you need, just explore all product options
