Ticket #24300 - Newsletter can't add "GDPR checkbox"

Hello, i have a issue with Newsletter block. When i want add GPDR checkbox. I had checked it in Elementor but it’s not visible on front-end. I checked the source code and it’s be there but it’s hidden. How i can make it visible, required and add label with text to it?

It was disabled in the GDPR module itself, now it seems to be working
