Ticket #24329 - modify the banner text

Can someone help me know how to modify the text of this Banner. I was able to change the photo but am not able to change the text.

That’s Popup module. to change the text, go to Translations → Modules → Popup and change the text

La única opción que encuentro para modificar el Popup es esta, y no me sale el texto.
