Hello, support team, a big greeting,

I have two problems with the megamenu and the menu:
As you can see in the image, I am unable to add a submenu as indicated in the documentation video. How can I solve this?

The problem with the megamenu is that when viewing it, everything is aligned, but when it is in use, some categories are displayed above and others below. How can I solve this?

Hi, Wálkaris.
To build a submenu you need two steps:
- Go to Creative Elements → Saved Templates and create a template with a submenu content
- Go to menu item settings, and select your template from the list.

As for the align issue, please give me a link where I could see that problem

I did it the way it was indicated and was able to achieve it. The only issue is the alignment of the menu categories. My website is in maintenance mode, some security settings are missing, so it would be pointless to provide the link. Please take a look at the screenshots. The problem can be clearly seen.
As you can see, they are perfectly aligned in the preview, but when used in the header, everything appears misaligned.
