Ticket #24400 - Update Issues


1. I updated PS to and AMP not working properly anymore:
- product page shows white screen

2. I understand I need to update Theme and promokit modules, but after automatic update results are:
+ AMP product page fixed
- AMP category - white screen with errors
- Creative elemet styles broken
- Revo Slider not working
and maybe more…

so I restored back to 1st step and need your help to update the rest

please remove ‘test’ subdomain in my profile “Shop Url”..
the field “Shop Url” is not editable in profile, other fields i’ve edited..

now problems with
category pages showing:

and if you click back or click the link provided the whole shop becomes unusable (loding for ages, maybe some kind of url loop)

No it’s not OK
please click any category menu through top menu > “SHOP” on desctop version
you will see whitescreen page saying:

[Debug] This page has moved
Please use the following URL instead: url

so it’s not redirecting as it should do… i turned off devel mode but nothing changed…

That only means the link you added manually here https://take.ms/3LaCD is wrong, just add correct links there

hmm but, it was working before your modification. all links were redirecting properly… i did not channge anything about links… it should add language prefix automatically…

I have no idea what happened, the only way to fix that is to update those links manually

links are just one small issue, and the another one that it’s got very big delays in loading pages. it hangs for few minutes sometimes
affected front end and back end pages, can’t find whats going on, so the only solution i have is to restore from backup to step 1
