Ticket #24497 - FILTER AMP

In the ticket “Ticket #24480” we raised two issues. The second one remained unanswered and we duplicate it here, because it is also important.
FILTER AMP
When a client sets one of the filters (any option), then goes to some filtered product, then returns back - he does not return to the position from which he went to the product and ALL filter settings that the client set are canceled.
In order to use the filter on the AMP, the client must re-enter the filter EVERY time. Absolutely no one will do that.
On the desktop version, if you choose a filtered product - when you return from the product to the category (when returning back), you get to the same product and the filters are SAVE. And then you can choose products according to the filters.
For the mobile version, the filter does not work correctly.
How can we fix this error?

Hi Alex.
Unfortunately, the answer is the same as in that ticket:
“I would not say that’s a bug. That’s rather a lack of this feature. For now AMP just doesn’t work in this way, and we can only add this feature to our TODO”

This option is very important to us. Can we use another filter for now? We have a module “Amazzing filter” from PrestaShop Addons. How can I add it to amp?

I understrand an importance. But it’s not easy to add. It requires a lot of time to add this feature.
As for the Amazing Filter, by default, any third-party module is not compatible with AMP. We have “AMPified” all PrestaShop pages and our own modules, and if you want to have some module work in AMP, it must be “AMPified”.
