Ticket #24514 - Somes problems

Hello,

I have several problems to report.

1) I have a problem with some translations. Indeed I translated my site entirely in French via the BO of prestashop however, the translations are not taken into account especially in mobile version on the amp (screenshot 1 attached) Do you have a solution?

2) The colour chips are not displayed in my filter in the product categories. I have put “radio button” in the “faceted navigation” module and I have put “colours & textures” in the “colour” attribute. (screenshot 2).

3) My thumbnails disappear when I switch to “vertical Thumbnails Axis” on a product page in the “Product Image” block (screenshot 3).

Hi, Anne Roinat-Murry.
1. Prestashop translation system doesn’t stop to surprise me. I spent over half hour and didn’t make it work yet. Maybe that’s because of child theme.
2&3 in progress…

I can’t understand what it don’t want to be translated.
The theme itself doesn’t manage translation. The only thing the theme has to do is to provide valid transalable string like this

{l s='Shipping' d='Modules.Shoppingcart.Shop'}

And then prestashop will take case about translation.
I can offer following solution here. Copy this file from parent to child theme

/themes/alysum/modules/ps_shoppingcart/ps_shoppingcart.tpl

Then, change the text directly in that file.

I have a other problem when i want to acces to my cms page “Nos marques” on AMP.

the Elementor style is not supported under AMP is this normal? When I go to my CMS page on my laptop, I have no style or layout.

Yes, AMP doesn’t support Elementor templates. AMP display “native” CMS page content instead. That’s because Elementor templates are very complicated in code, and AMP aim is is to provide as light content as possible
