Try to reset Menu module, or fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/myprofile to access to your Back-office and FTP Server to let me do that for you
I just updated the details in my profile. Could you describe the process to reseting the module? Just want to make sure I know how to do it in the future if needed.
