Yes, we’ve tried that and the import says it’s successful but where do we then go to edit the slides as all the pages we tried so far don’t seem to work?
I see such problem first time. Looks like some security module/extension blocks import. But that’s only my assumption after 5 minutes of trying to import a slider. Do you know about such extensions installed in your Prestashop or Server? Another error I found is this
Declaration of AdminLeoblogBlogsController::setMedia() must be compatible with AdminControllerCore::setMedia...
And that’s a compatibility problem. Can you consider upgrading Prestashop to the latest version?
I haven’t seen that, that’s my assumption based on over 10 years of experience with Prestahop. But I don’t insist, I just asking, maybe you know about some security modules installed.
Sorry for the inconvenience. That’s incompatibility of Revolution slider and AMP module. Now it should be fixed. Please test to confirm the fix

Hi, Tim.
If you need access to Revolution Slider library, you have to purchase their license → https://classydevs.com/slider-revolution-prestashop/pricing/
Hi,
It’s not the library we need access to but just the module that is listed as part of your theme https://tinyurl.com/2ry6ex5t
There doesn’t seem to be a way to edit the slider as you can see here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/17103435?key=21725af68b66bed69c99b7add4ad717a
Thanks
Hi,
Any update on this please?
Thanks
That module doesn’t require any additional license to use it. The license is necessary to get access to sliders library
Hi,
We’re importing the banner files but the page just reloads https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/17129884?key=62f5f4730ca150b1401a2e0b27c30f93
Is this not the correct way to edit slides?
Thanks
Please try to import sliders through Theme Settings → Import → https://take.ms/EVJKw

Hi,
Where did you see information about security module/extension blocks? We have now removed the LeoblogBlogs module.
We are not in aa position to upgrade at the moment.
Thanks

Hi,
Do you know how we can fix this as we don’t know of any security extensions?
Thanks
Please fill in all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/myprofile to access to your FTP Server
OR, try to reset Revolution slider module. I can’t do that because of the error shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfEpLikS4W4&t=3s

Hi,

Can you try this again?
