Ticket #24648 - Alysum not working

hello i bought the theme from my client’s account: i have prestashop 1.7.8.7 and i am installing alysium 8.1.4 and it seems to give me problem

1. is it compatible that the prestashop is 1.7.8.7 and the version of alysium 8.1.4?

the php version is also 7.4

2. should i upgrade to prestashop 8? for proper compatibility?

3. if so, I can not upgrade because I have modules that do not work with prestashop 1.8, where can I get alysium 7.5?

please answer all my questions please

1. Yes, the theme is compatible with 1.7.8.7 and PHP 7.4
2. No, you shouldn’t
3. You don’t need to downgrade the theme.

I don’t understand what’s going on. But I’m pretty sure that’s a conflicts with previously installed theme. Do you have an option to install Prestashop from scratch?

Do you have some extra cache installed in your prestashop or server?
When I change theme configuration the home page is not changing at all.
