Ticket #24678 - Unable to translate certain words on child theme.

Hello there! I’m facing some issues trying to translate certain words, such as the blog buttons, on my Alysum Child Version 1.0.0. I’ve checked everywhere in international > translations on “Core theme, alysum, alysum child, installed modules and other translations”, however, even though everything is translated in my backend I cannot see the translations in the frontend.

The specific words are:

-In the same category = Ti consigliamo anche… -New customers (account page), = Nuovo cliente
-Blog buttons, = Scopri di più

Please, find screenshots attached, hope you can offer me a solution for this.

Thank you in advance for your precious help!

Hi, Pianeta.
Blog “Read more” button available in the “theme” translations → https://take.ms/iwpVq

The same for New Customers https://take.ms/p1TIt

Please, find screenshots attached. As you can see, the words are translated already but even clearing cache 100 times it doesn’t take any effect on the front end using the child theme specifically.

Prestashop translation system makes me crazy.
We have all wordings in the theme prepared according to the official documentation, here is a screenshot with comparison https://take.ms/iSyHq Here is the file where Read More wording is located:

/themes/alysum/modules/ph_simpleblog/views/templates/front/1.7/_partials/type-default/post-bottomline.tpl

And here is the documentation https://devdocs.prestashop-project.org/8/development/internationalization/translation/translation-domains/

I guess something wrong with the child theme. Do you have an option to switch to parent theme and check that out?
Sometimes, even if you already have a wording translated, you need to change it somehow, save, then change it back and save again, to reset. I know it sounds weird but we are not Prestashop developers to say why it works in this way.
Please try and let me know
