Ticket #24680 - The shop logo is not visible on invoices and delivery documents.

Good morning,
after installing the Alysum theme the logo no longer appears in the transport documents and invoices.

Could you help me understand what is causing the problem?

Hi, Giuseppe De Cunzo.
Go to Theme Settings → Header, click there on “Elementor” button to edit Header template. When it loads click on logo widget and see it’s settings

Hi, I followed your instructions, I placed the logo in the header, the problem hasn’t been resolved. In transport documents and invoices the logo is still not displayed.

O, I see. But email templates are not a part of the theme.

Hi,
I thank you for the answer. We building websites with Prestashop for 20 years and i know where to put the logo. The problem is that I bought this template in 2018 and it was perfect, without any problems. I bought it again this year and realized I made a mistake as the introduction of Creative Element ( Elementor ) gave so many problems. I had to buy other modules to compensate for the limitations of this template. I think I will ask for a refund for the product.

What is the problem with Creative elements. Maybe we can help you with that
