Ticket #24696 - Product Customize

Hello,
I’ve been working on a PrestaShop store and i noticed that when a product has a custom field for example: “Name” or “File”, it doesn’t save and it redirects to a empty cart. If i swap back to the default classic theme all this functionality works.

Do you have knowledge of this bug? What can we do to fix it?

You are first who report this bug. So I need to add some custom field to a product and then try to purchase it?

Yes, you have to add a custom field for example “Name”.
Try to save the customization and after it saves, try to add it to the cart.

It keeps redirecting to the cart page without adding the product or when it does save, the add to cart button doesnt have any actions to it.

Notes: If i grab the product URL and paste it in the form action, it saves the customization, but then, the add to cart does not work anyway.

It has been resolved.
When i edited product.tpl i wanted to change the position of the product custom fields. Doing so, it was rewriting the form url incorrectly.
