Yes, this issue happened after Creative Elements Pro module update. We have already wrote to module developers but didn’t get any reply. I would appreciate it if you could write to them regarding the problem and ask for instructions on how to fix it or what was changed that cause the problem?
And didn’t provide any suggestions? They changed something and don’t even want to say what, great. Currently our theme is working only with the Creative Elements version 2.5.0. We need assistance from their side to make an update.
As you know, they provides us limited version “in-stock”, and would be right from their side to update “in-stock” version too. But for now they don’t even respond to our requests
