I just customised this file but you seem to have enables some caches because I don’t see any changes in the front page

The style problems will be corrected by my developer I only ask you to set up the name of customer and the login and logout buttons.

Our support doesn’t cover code customisation. Despite that, I did that for you. You can see the solution in the file /modules/pkelements/views/templates/pkmyaccount.tpl
Now just ask your developer to adjust it to your needs
