Ticket #24897 - Creative Elements plugin compatibility problem after upgrade

Hi,

We have upgraded the Creative Elements plugin to the latest version (we bought it) and found compatibility problems after upgrade
Problems: can’t open and edit some templates and pages.
I think it could be compatibility problem with your your Promokit Widgets plugin.
Would you please help me?

Please also let me know what templates/widgets stopped working

Hi Fred!

I have filled out all necessary fields.
I have found problem with editing templates and pages with Creative Elements here:
- Creative Elements > Saved tamplates (Problem with editing saved templates)
- Design > Pages (Problem with editing pages)

I just enabled Debug Mode to be able to read error messages, and found out the issue comes from creativeelements module https://take.ms/JnOFN

Yes, because it is not compatible with your Promokit Widgets (Elements) module. Is it possible to make compatible it with the latest Elements version?

But there is nothing about widgets, only direct error on the CE module.
Usually it shows whole stack of errors starting from a file which caused the problem, but here is nothing except an error in CE
