Ticket #24908 - Error activating theme on Prestashop 8.1

Hi,

Due to activation of Alysum theme on prestashop 8.1 We had an error and no theme activation

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ‘1’ for key ‘PRIMARY’

[PrestaShopException 23000]

Can you tell me what’s wrong please !

We didn’t have such issue on installation stage.
Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/myprofile to access to your Back-office and FTP Server to let me try to check out what’s wrong
