Ticket #24917 - HOME form not working

The contact form on the home page does not work, I attach an image. The one in the contact section does work, but the one in the home page doesn’t work.

Perfect! One question, is there a way to put a captcha?
I’m afraid they could use it to crash the website.
Also in the completed contact form I would like to put a captcha.
