Ticket #24951 - Category Filter with subcategories

Hi, I’m trying to use the filters for the categories, but them only work with the first subcategory.

I have 2 products in Mercería > Costurero > Madera but in https://cliente.morganmedia.es/latijerayeldedal/10-merceria the filter for the categories only filter the first category.

In the example, you can choose Costurero or Accesorios para costura, but you can’t choose Madera or Tela.

Also, is it posssible to show the subcategorias as a tree, like in the backend:

Mercería 

   Costurero
        Madera
        Tela
  Accesorios para costura

1. try to reset Faceted Search module
2. make sure you have configured Faceted Search module correctly

I reset Faceted Search module but nothing change.

If you visit this page: https://cliente.morganmedia.es/latijerayeldedal/10-merceria, you can use “Costurero” to filter, but you cannot use “Madera” or “Tela”.

And i cannot see any options to visualize the categories as a tree, with different indents.

Another option can be to show only the first son category, and after select one of it, show the subcategories of the son category.
For example, in https://cliente.morganmedia.es/latijerayeldedal/10-merceria, you show only “Accesorios para costura” and “Costurero”, and when you choose “Costurero”, you only see “Madera” and “Tela”

Also, in the category “Kit” the “Precio” filter is not showing

yes I see now. very strange issue, never seen it before. but since Faceted Search is a native prestashop module, please check how it works with the Classic Prestashop theme. I assume that’s not our issue.
