I’m contacting you because when a product is out of stock, there’s no entry field on the product sheet for our email address so that we can be informed when the product is back in stock. The message does appear, but not like the field.

I think the problem is with your shopping cart module. Abandoned shopping carts are created as soon as someone visits the site. I'd like it not to create a shopping cart when someone visits the site, as long as there's nothing in it.

As I can see it's enabled. So Just uninstall it, I believe that problem caused by that module

I opened a window in private browsing to do the test and I still had an abandoned cart of 0 €.
We don't have any other module that would manage cart. I just renamed amp module folder to be 100% sure it doesn't load. Please make a test once more

No, it's simply a message written in the prestashop parameters. I just added a line of css and it's solved.
