Ticket #25111 - Footer layout problem

I have an issue with setting up the layout in the footer of a webpage. I’ve tried various approaches, but consistently, the first two columns are displayed correctly, while the two columns on the right side are squeezed together. I need help identifying the problem with the layout setting.

Just remove all redundant "divs" from the widget source code: https://take.ms/Qh5y3

leave only one with no classes, like this "<div>some text…</div>"
