Ticket #25150 - Can't Update the Theme
Hello, I am unable to proceed with the automatic installation of the theme due to the following error:
“Update service is temporary unavailable! Please try again later”
TS v.1.8.4 | Alysum v.5.3.2 | PS v.1.7.8.10
Lately, the only update operation I performed was to switch from Prestashop 1.7.4.4 to version 1.7.8.10
After doing this, the product images have disappeared and some are enlarged.
Can I fix this by updating the theme to the current version?

A lot of changes were made in the theme since v5. The most proper way to update is:
* Uninstall all Promokit modules you currently have in v5.
* Perform a manual update as described in the video tutorial (refer to the documentation).
* Install all new Promokit modules.
* Uninstall all Promokit modules you currently have in v5.
Can I proceed with uninstalling the Promokit modules safely before proceeding with the manual installation?
There is no problem to uninstall a module. The only thing you need to know is that there is no more Page Bulder module in the theme, we are using Elementor now. That means the layout of home page must be recreated from scratch in Elementor

Are the new Promokit modules to be installed after deleting those from the previous version, already included in the Alysum Premium theme download?

Is Elementor included in the theme or do I have to purchase it as a separate module?
To make it simple, just delete the theme and install the new one as shown in the documentation
But uninstall modules first to avoid conflicts
Is Elementor already installed in the Alysum premium package, or must it be purchased separately? is there a free version?
You don’t have to purchase it, everything works fine with the version we provide with the theme
Yesterday I installed the theme and modules and everything worked very well.
This morning, when trying to access the Modules, I found this error (see attached file)..
how can I solve it?
