Ticket #25162 - Cookie icon when you scroll down

I don’t understand the cookie icon when you scroll down. Where is the up arrow? Doesn’t it make more sense to show the cookie icon when you are on top of the page and show the up arrow when you scroll down? Now it’s exactly the other way around?

Second question, can i call the popup cookie message also from within my header?

it seems you have enabled Cloudflare caching, could you please disable it for a while?

In the cookie module you can set up the button to the top position
