Ticket #25182 - Custom Footer for Mobile

Good evening, I’m sorry to bother you again, but I would like to ask you to give me some advice on this problem.
I would like to create a “customizable footer template”, mostly to have the possibility of translating it with “creative elements”. I seem to have followed the usual procedure to create a new template from “creative elements → content everywhere” see screen 1 attachment please.

Once the custom template has been created, in the advanced settings of the theme, every time I try to save the “Mobile Footer Template” changing it from “Default Footer Template” to my new custom created template, i.e. “Hook DisplayFooterBuilderMobile” the Theme won’t let me save with this new Mobile-specific Hook and the select drop-down menu defaults to “Default Footer Template”.
Is it possible to correct this error?

I thank you once again for your valuable assistance and wish you a good evening.

Hi Fred, thanks for solving the problem. Now you can save the custom template for the "mobile footer". However, an error still remains. When you try to create the version in the second language (English) by clicking on the flag inside the "creative elements editor" (see screen 1) the usual error always returns: "Preview Could Not Be Loaded".

This error was there before, but I solved it by entering the "theme settings" every time it happened and always saving the template, for example of the "mobile footer" or the "homepage" when it was generated. Practically every time I enter the "creative elements" editor to make changes to the pages or templates I then have to save everything from the theme settings. It was a compromise, but at least I got around the problem. But in this case it is not possible with the "mobile footer template". Could you please resolve this problem permanently? Many thanks in advance. I am awaiting your response.
