Ticket #25211 - Faceted search on category page don't work

Hi,

I have a problem with faceted search on the sidebar of my categories page.

The search is not successful. Nothing happens when I click on a feature.

I re-indexed products on “search setting page” but without results.

Do you have an idea ?

Do you have enabled Opcache in your server configuration? If so, please disable it for a while

After some research on the side of my OVH hosting provider, it seems that there are no options to enable or disable the "Opcache" option.

Update : faceted search work on Classic Theme of prestashop (as u can see on the attached) but not on Alysum ou Alysum Child theme

I edit this file /dev/modules/pkelements/classes/WidgetPkcategoryProducts.php but no changes in the category page, do you have an idea why?
