Hi Fred,
I’m writing to you because I’m having some issues with variations and guides (yes, we still haven’t been able to resolve them).
For the variation bug: When I change the variation, the image doesn’t follow behind, it stays fixed. Variations have always been a problem!
How to reproduce it?
Go to this product page: https://www.lora-moi.ch/en/p/592-angelsvoice-flower-of-life-bracelet-in-silver-with-natural-stones.html
And change the variation, you’ll see the image doesn’t move even though it should change.
For the guides (size guide module), I don’t understand what’s going on.
On some products, it appears, on others it doesn’t.
All it takes is to refresh the page for it to disappear, and I’m not even talking about when there’s a variation, it jumps right away.
How to reproduce it?

When you arrive, you’ll see the guide, but if you don’t refresh the page, it disappears.

Strange, I don't remember such a problem so far.
Try following trick.
- open the file
- remove {hook h='displayGuide'}
- add that hook manually through the shortcode widget

It works great, the size guide stays and doesn't disappear anymore! Thank you for your help.
There is just one issue left that when you change the variation, the image doesn't change.
How to reproduce the bug:

And change the variation. The image doesn't change and there should normally be a black bracelet for onyx, white for howlite and pink for rose quartz.

For the guide > There's still the bug that when you don't refresh the page, it disappears!
I think I've found the source of the problem that makes the guide disappear when you refresh a page.
I noticed a very strange element, when I activate in the module "sizeguide" = Show global size guide (see screen) and the guides fit on all pages after refreshing.
We had to make custom guides in the size guide list because we could only have one global one (see screen), and I think the bug is with these guides!
Maybe JavaScript can't figure out whether to display it or not.
And I don't think you have the bug on your side, because you have the global guides displayed on all pages and it work nicely.
For the moment, I've compensated for the bug by enabling the global size guide to be displayed.

I can't reproduce the issue locally. Which product has enabled only custom guide to let me see the problem?

All products, because we can't apply a general guide, so you need to create custom guides.

To reproduce the bug, all you have to do is reload the page for the guide to disappear.
Do you now have access to the store without Cloudflare blocking you?
That was a cache issue, now it's resolved, please check
