Ticket #25362 - NEW PURCHASE BUT ERROR 500 WHEN CLICK CATEGORIES

Hello, I get an error 500 when I click on the categories in the tree, I have uploaded the 8.3.1 module update but it remains the same, how can I fix it? I also disabled search by facets, thank you!
