Ticket #25400 - Product images scroll on mobile devices
Hello! We’ve been using the Alysum product page for a few months now. However, I’ve been struggling to make the product images scroll on mobile devices. Currently, to switch the image, customers need to click on the thumbnail, which isn’t very user-friendly. Could you please assist us in implementing a scroll for the images instead of clicking on thumbnails? Thank you!

Try to disable thumbnails in the Product Image widget settings, that will enable carousel of big images
Hi, by removing the thumbnails, the scrolling issue is resolved, but now the images appear cut off. Do you use some extra cache? I have fixed the issue locally and applied a fix to your store but see no changes there
I apologize for not seeing your message earlier. Yes, indeed, we have a cache module, and after clearing it, I can see that the scrolling on mobile is working fine now. That's fantastic, really! Thank you very much.
