Ticket #25429 - AMP image ratio
Hello,
On the desktop version, images are diplayed as it should.
On the AMP version (on mobile) images are shrinked. I mean by that that the image ration is not OK.
They are only properly displayed on the product page. All thumbnails on homepage or category page do not respect the proper image ratio.
I attached a screenshot so it is easier to understand.

Hi, Mickael Delmotte.
Can you please give me a link to a page where I can see the issue?
Sure, here is the link.
Scroll down the page to see the products.
It only occurs on mobile version.
Is it possible to have the same behaviour with alysum than the basic prestashop theme between deskop and mobile?
I feel like I will go back to the basic theme.
Kind regards.
Mike
Please check out this screenshot https://take.ms/t3y9f as you can see the size defined in your Images Settings is not the same as your original image.
Please try to regenerate your images. That's not theme's issue, but images configuration problem
Yes, just disable AMP module to have the same on desktop and mobile
Ok, will do it.
I switched back to the basic theme from prestashop.
Actually I did not set any settings yet regardng images.
I just uploaded images I downloaded to make tests.
And the result is not OK.
But that's not a question of theme customisation. It's a question of Preastahop images configuration.
You uploaded images must have the same ration you have defined in the settings
I have not defined anything in image settings.
Basic theme is working better and is not a pain.
I have tested many themes and I get out of Alysum.
If you want to have square images, just change images dimensions in the Images Settings
I have uninstalled your theme and still have the Alysum banner at the bottom of it.
How to get rid of it please?

I do not want squared images.
AMP is just an option. You can disable it with no problem.
Ok.
