Hi, Mietek.
Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/myprofile to access to your Back-office and FTP Server to let me debug the issue

Mietek 10 Jun 2024, 17:40

How can we change "Shop URL"?
The URL of our development/testing shop has changed?

Fred 10 Jun 2024, 17:43

try now

Mietek 10 Jun 2024, 20:27

We're going to need your IP to whitelist access to FTP and our local development domain.

Fred 10 Jun 2024, 21:04

Mietek 10 Jun 2024, 22:02

Whitelisting is done.

Our development Shop URL domain is not registered.
To access it, you need to add a mapping in your hosts file: <shop URL here>

Fred 11 Jun 2024, 21:02

I have added your ip and domain name to hosts, but get this error now https://take.ms/wqgLz

Mietek 11 Jun 2024, 21:25

Your IP changed.
Try now please.

Fred 12 Jun 2024, 22:48

Ok, website is available now but I;m not able to login with provided credentials.

Jest jeden błąd.
Pracownik nie istnieje lub hasło jest nieprawidłowe.

Could you please check that?

Mietek 12 Jun 2024, 23:01

Ups, password was wrong.
You may try again.

Fred 12 Jun 2024, 23:11

Please disable JS compression, because I don't have permissions to do that

Mietek 13 Jun 2024, 12:12

Now it should work.

Fred 13 Jun 2024, 23:40

Do you have enabled some extra cache?
I edit the file /assets/js/alysum.js but when I open it in browser there is no any changes.

Mietek 14 Jun 2024, 09:00

No, nothing that we know of.
Right now there is only Smarty cache enabled in the Performance section.

Fred 14 Jun 2024, 23:00

Something definitely wrong.
The file changed on your server is not the same as file opened in browser https://prymex-upgrade.local/themes/alysum/assets/js/alysum.js

Are the ftp credentials and path to prestashop correct?

Mietek 15 Jun 2024, 07:03

Yes, you are right - the FTP path was misconfigured.
We are terribly sorry for that.
Please try again.
