Ticket #25736 - Strange 'Icons' for Subcategories

I activated ‘display subcategories’ in AMP directory settings. The Submenu is shown, but with pictures, and as I never defined any, there are weird placeholders. Check e.g. this (with smartphone ): https://prestashop.musterheld.de/de/mobile/category/224-small

Where can I switch off icons/pictures for the submenu? And if I cannot- where are the icons defined?

That page leads to 404 page
I suppose your category page is built with Creative Element. If so, go to editor, click on Subcategory widget and see all available image option. Try to change that

Very likely because you click it with your PC. It's a AMP page. I was surprised myself that I cannot open it with my desktop. I thought this should be possible.

However, if I open the link with my smartphone (just done) it leads to the menu of our new prestashop 8.1.5. AMP page.

Ok, I finally managed to open it.

Don't know what you changed, but it did not solve it. The icon seems to be proportional now - it is not stretched anymore. See attached. But the icon itself is wrong and unnecessary. It should be a list of subcategories without icons.
