The latest theme version should work fine on 1.7. Do you have some issues with that?
When i try to install all the modules generate an error because are not compatible with prestashop's version

Prestashop 1.7.7.1 was release almost 3 years ago. I highly recommend you to update it to the latest version https://build.prestashop-project.org/news/2021/prestashop-1-7-7-1-maintenance-release/
