The contact form module was uninstalled for some reason. now it works

Hello,

Since you fixed this issue, I've been getting a 500 error on some product pages. For example: https://4test.tangerois.shop/index.php?id_product=84618&rewrite=lave-linge-6kg-1200trs-eco-bubble-silver-samsung&controller=product

Could this be related to your recent changes?

I just installed the contact form module, nothing else. You can try to disable it
