hello, i have installed tawk.to chat and configured but the display of our pages are not displayed, i have look the pages and it seems that the code is not on.
why do you know how to solve this problem, please, thanks to let me know the reason

ok, I see.
That module utilizes the “displayFooter” hook. I’ve recently added it to the theme, but I can’t seem to locate it. Could you please let me know where I should expect to find it?

it runs good on desktop but not on mobile is it possible on mobile amp version?

Great. As for the mobile version, by default, any third-party module is not compatible with AMP. We have "AMPified" all PrestaShop pages and our own modules, and if you want to have some module work in AMP, it must be "AMPified" as well.
