I can't add points in the lookbook backoffice, however points are visible in the front office.
Also, the text appears incomplete and overlapped

How is the main menu built? The documentation shows an option that no longer exists.

Hi, Mauro.
Yes, we are going to update that video tutorial.
Now you have to use "Navigation" widget to build your menu
As for the Lookbook, we are preparing an update of the module where those issues will be resolved
Where are the texts to translate? For example, I want to translate the word search and language. I have searched in the translations of the front, translations of the creative and it is not there.
Those words are a part of Promokit Widgets module, so you have to navigate to Translations → Modules → Promokit Widgets.
You can also use our translation catalog to find out where to translate specific word → https://alysum.promokit.eu/promokit/documentation/translations/
How do you build the site responsive? I'm seeing that what I did in Elementor is not respected, for example the logo that came with the template is still showing up.
Can you please take a screenshot of the issue?
How do I make the mobile version work as I'm telling you?
- I've done everything right and it doesn't show up on the mobile at all, why?

How is this supposed to be configured? I have tried all possible settings and it always shows 5 products on mobile

First of all, as I can see, you have enabled AMP module, which has completely different page design. If you don't need that, just disable that module.
Find more information here https://alysum.promokit.eu/promokit/documentation/amp/index.html
Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/myprofile to access to your Back-office to see what's going on there
I have entered the credentials of our staging server
What am I supposed to do to make the submenu appear aligned? In the back I see it fine, in the front I don't see it fine.
- - isotope does not work

Hi Fred, yes, we are transferring the site to the final server, as soon as the transfer is completed we will update the access data in our account so that you can assist us and help us resolve the latest problems, thank you!
Ok, I see. Just ping me when it will be ready
SOLVED
You already have the new accesses
- I can't enter the header in Italian,
- Slider images are not displayed
- The submenu is not displayed, I imagine it is related to the problem that I cannot enter to edit

Hi Fred, I'm Mauro the owner of the webshop, now the webmaster has finished the bulk of his work and there are still some display problems related to the theme that need your support to be resolved. You should now have access to both the backoffice and the site (you must go through the backoffice to view it as the site is under maintenance). Now I'll list the problems:
1 - An image called "payment-methods" appears in the cart which cannot be loaded with the loading wheel continuing to spin and not having a nice effect. But now we don't know where this image should be positioned, what image it is and how to go about modifying or deleting it
2 - In the Desktop and Italian version one subcategory of the "strada/gravel" menu appears misaligned

Hi, Mauro.
1. The fastest way to hide it is to use this CSS fix:
2. Please give me a link to a page where I can see the issue
Hi Fred
1 - SOLVED
2 - SOLVED
3 - Talking about CSS mods I can ask you if is possibile to get products availability info in the product pages with different color, with green color written when the items are in stock and with red color written when the items are not in stock (also if orderable), something like in the attached pictures. I know that is probably a CSS modify, I can pay for it if necessary.
Thanks!
