Ticket #25971 - Upgrade Theme, different modules don't work correctly

we are having a big problem on the theme. We had not seen the function that is explained in this video of yours https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1DBRSYLLjY since yesterday we are trying but when we go to the menu and try to save the template created with creative elements, it seems that it saves it but in reality if we exit and return it is empty, it does not save the template created in the menu. Can you help us? presta 8.1.5, theme 9.0.0 updated with theme settings

we also have a problem with some Elementor modules, the dropdown to display the subcategories doesn’t work

we would need assistance

done

Ok, I see now.
That's a bit outdated video. We don't have the Menu module. Instead if that we have created Navigation widget.
So you can create dropdown menu template as shown in the video, but assign those template in the Navigation widget

hi, i've already tried this solution, but unfortunately this action doesn't save the association with the template.
Can you try to do it, by yourself in our website?

OK thank you for the menu question, but we had requested a few points

https://www.zoecosmetics.it/2-home

example here, as you can see the submenus of the categories on the side (where the + appears) do not open. It either doesn't work or the js or I don't know what, but the submenus don't open with the module

Yes, I see.
I can connect to your FTP server and there are a lot of folders, where your store is installed?
