Ticket #25976 - Escribir dirección de correo electrónico cuando no hay stock de un producto

Hola.
Cuando no hay stock de un producto, debería aparecer la opción de que el cliente pueda escribir su correo electrónico, para recibir un email cuando se reponga el stock, pero no aparece.
Me ayudan a solucionarlo? Gracias.

Please make sure the Mail Alert module is installed and enabled. If so, just reset it, if not, install it

Hello Fred. The module is installed, activated and updated. Everything is set up correctly, but the box where the customer must enter his email to be notified when the product is replenished does not appear.
I am attaching a screenshot of the module and what happens with out-of-stock ads in the Frontoffice.
Also another screenshot of my store currently, where the email box appears correctly.
The programmer who is carrying out the Prestashop update work tells me that he cannot find any code regarding this matter. Regards.

Hello.
We have reset the module and now the option appears, however, on mobile phones, although we can see the box that says "notify me when available", there is no option for the client to enter their email and when you click on the notification box, the notice appears that the email is not valid, because logically it could not be entered.
On computers it does work. Any solution for this?
