I am experiencing an issue with the search functionality on my website. When I perform a search, no results are found, even for existing products.

Could you let me know if this is related to a theme setting or if there is a fix available?

Thank you very much. I also have a problem with FacetedSearch: when I configure the filters, I get a 500 Server Error on the category page.

Something wrong with Faceted Search module. Try to reset it. Make sure you have the latest module version

I've reset the module as suggested, and I have the latest version, but the issue is still persisting. Are there any other solutions to try?

Faceted Search - is a native prestashop module, not ours.
Try to clear cache, uninstall and install the module back
