I suspect your store’s IP address has been added to a blacklist because our server doesn’t respond to version requests. I recently checked this from our demo server, and everything appears to be working correctly.

Would it be possible to manually update instead?

We are using Cloudflare as a middleware so I suppose your IP could be blocked there. If you provide me your IP I'll try to find it in the block list
