Ticket #26021 - Compatibility issue between Alysum theme and Creative Elements Pro

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue after activating my Creative Elements Pro license on my website, which uses the Alysum theme. As soon as I activate the license, the entire layout of my site changes unexpectedly, as if there’s a conflict between the theme and the Creative Elements Pro features.

Could you please confirm whether the Alysum theme is compatible with Creative Elements Pro? And if so, is there a specific configuration I should follow to prevent these layout issues?

We have many customers who use CE Pro with no problem.
Where I can see the issue?

When I activate it, all the Promokit widgets linked to Creative Elements stop working. It’s like there’s a conflict. If that’s really the case, can I activate it to identify the cause?
