hello guys,
I need to increase letters in the product name. in each block (ISOTOP, carousel, etc.)

I follow this advice by Marek:
“I just increased At the number of visible symbols to 27
You can do it yourself in the isotopSort.tpl file on the line

{$ product.name | truncate: 27: ‘…’ | escape: ‘htmlall’: ‘UTF-8’} </ a> "

no results.

where am I wrong?

Hello,
I don’t see the changes in your isotopSort.tpl file. “truncate” value is still 17 http://clip2net.com/s/6FwgIJ
I changed it to 27, now I see the changes on your site http://clip2net.com/s/6FwhTI

In the Products carousel you currently have truncate=35 http://clip2net.com/s/6Fws8h

The products titles display long enough http://clip2net.com/s/6Fwtkk so I don’t think you need to increase this value.
