Ticket #26504 - Critical Issue: Creative Elements Editor stuck on loading screen - Product Page - PrestaShop 9.1

Hi Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical issue with the Asylum Theme and the Creative Elements editor on PrestaShop 9.1.

When I try to edit the Product Page design, the editor panel remains stuck on the loading spinner and the elements never populate. I have checked the browser console and found the following blocking issues:

Sandbox Escape Warning:
An iframe which has both allow-scripts and allow-same-origin for its sandbox attribute can escape its sandboxing.

Tracking Prevention / CDN Blocking:
The browser is blocking essential storage access for external libraries hosted on Cloudflare (CDNJS), specifically:

ace.js

ext-language_tools.js

animate.min.css

The error log shows: “Tracking Prevention blocked access to storage for…”

Environment Details:

PrestaShop Version: 9.1

Theme: Asylum

Editor: Creative Elements

PHP Version: 8.1

URL example: [Inserta aquí el link de la página de producto que falla]

I have already tried the following without success:

Enabling/Disabling SSL and “Allow iframes on HTML fields”.

Clearing PrestaShop and Server cache.

Disabling JS/CSS combination (CCC).

Testing in incognito mode and different browsers.

Could you please check if there is a conflict with the way the editor calls these external libraries or if there is a specific configuration for PrestaShop 9.1 that I should apply?

Looking forward to your help.

Best regards,

Still not able to connect. I have tried both FTP/SFTP but see this - https://mega.nz/file/9EIDWACK#OOMdnTwoHh_6yldfIveb-URDTky-uYk02NSXPU1K4Yk

Can you give me the IP address you are connecting from?

Cesar Hermandez 11 May 2026, 16:58

It's strange, because I can connect via https://www.net2ftp.com/. I think it's some kind of IP blocking by my hosting provider; they ask for my IP address to grant me access…

My hosting support team has already added the IP address, so you can try logging in.

The issue has been fixed. Please test to confirm the change

I'm going to install version 8 of Prestashop; this version has many bugs.

It seems you have already reinstalled PrestaShop, because I can no longer see the store there.

Please let me know once it becomes available again and whether you will need any assistance with the theme.
