I still can't understand why carousel is not initiated, that's seems to be related to the child theme

Hello Fred,

This should not be an answer for a support department. It has nothing to do with the child theme because that was not what was set. The theme was installed by upgrading from version 8 of the theme. The problem was solved by uninstalling the creative elements module with deleting the directory and reinstalling the module. thank you.
