FS#10320 - Been Hacked, impossible restoration

Hello !
I have a problem, i’m gonna explain it in details.

Two weeks ago I received an email from OVH telling me that my website has been hacked and got some phising pages :
* hxxp : / /www [.] greenaddict [.] fr/modules/pk_themesettiger/uk/restore/identification [.] html
* hxxp : / /www [.] greenaddict [.] fr/modules/blockcontact/str/Dashboard

After deleting them from Filezilla, I wanted to do some security upgrade by getting to the backoffice. But that was impossible ! Only error 500 when i go to it. But my front is ok.

Then I started to look on forums etc. if there is thousand solutions about this error and i found many things like my files are corrupted and stuff.

So... I was very demotivate to find the solutions (from one guy to another its a total different solution). I decided to create a new local prestashop (same version) and put the theme in place (same version) and add my database on this local server (i ve got more than 2000 products with images). And when it works, i can just transfer from local to server without changing database. Like a complete new version. And i have on my online version a lot of CSS modifications and i dont want to do it from scratch.

My problems and questions are :
- Is it possible for you to check my error 500 that may come frome the theme and maybe put a new version of the theme with the same CSS in place to keep my design ?

- If not, I tried to recreate my website from scratch on my local server with a clean presta and clean Alysum. And I’ve upload my /img and Database from the online one to local to keep my products and see if everything is working good on local. BUT when i active the theme, there is a problem, nothing is showing and when i go in Quick Access > Alysum Settings i’ve got a message telling me " You do not have the rights to update the pk_themesettings module. Please make sure you are logged in to the PrestaShop Addons account that purchased the module.”. The problem is that i’m logged to addons and I still have this message. Any solution ?

I really want my website to work again with my Database and images of products still here and my custom website available (css etc.).

Do you have a solution to my problem ?

I’m available to give you all the informations you want.

Thanks a lot if you have it !

Hi Jules.
Yes, I have a solution for "You do not have the rights to update the pk_themesettings module" message.
You can find following condition in the "alysumthemesettings.php" file

if($this->context->employee->id_profile == 1) {

just replace it with

if(1) {

Hello !

Finally then problem was just me not installing the themes correctly :p

Now I have another question :
I installed the theme on my local but it's by default.
My wish is to get the files from my online website to put it on my local and see if the design comes back (like all my colours, size modification, fonts etc.).
So what files should i get again to put it on my local and have my design back ? For exemple the custom CSS, where does it save etc. ?

Thanks :)

First of all I want to let you know that is not problems with the theme.
But ok, I'll try to help you.
You need to copy all files of modules what comes with the theme from your old server to new one. You can find the list of modules in the archive what you can download from themeforest.
And of course you need to get a copy of your old database to install it to your new server

Where did you keep your custom CSS before?

Well I've put my custom CSS in the Custom CSS part inside the Alysum Settings. Like usual.
For exemple changing colors, font etc.. I write everything here to not touch the theme and i never right inside files so when i update it stays here.

Maybe you want the access to the FTP to check the old version and findout where it is ?

Ok, that CSS you can find in a file "/modules/pk_themesettings/css/customercss_SOME_NUMBER.css"

So i just copied every files inside the path you told me from the online to local, and still nothing change...

Here is image that illustrate the difference between the online and local one.

As I said, i'm close to get it :p

Maybe other files ? Because inside the custom CSS part in Alysum menu, still nothing is showing (maybe its normal because i copied past files).
Any other ideas ? I know i must be annoying, I just want to test everything and if it doesnt work at all, ill do it again from scratch to custom again.

Thanks again for you answers :)

Try to find your css in one of that files and copy that code to your back office
